As a first time homebuyer I really didn’t know what the necessary steps were. I was recommended Christian by a couple friends who said he would walk me through the process. We met, I got pre-approved, and I was really surprised at how easy and stress free the pre-approval process was. In the next months I visited several homes and always followed up with Christian to run the numbers on the homes I was interested in – He was always very patient and helpful. As the process progressed we had to use a 203K loan due to some repairs that the house would need. I learned that through this loan I could finance the repairs at the time of purchase. Christian was a constant professional and really knowledgeable on various loan products. I would definitely use him again, and have recommended him to all my friends and family.

Our application submission, pre-approva,l approval and closing was all done in less than 3 months. All on-line. When I had questions that should have been answered by our lawyer, Christian explained them in a more calm and detailed manner.
